I strongly feel that dressage basics are the foundation for any horse training and ALL styles of riding. The Légèreté program really resonated with me as a trainer and I am so passionate about sharing it with people and their horses.

I feel that Légèreté is like Athletic Therapy for people - you choose the right exercises at the right time with a focus on proper execution and then our equine partners can become fit, strong, healthy athletes.
